Knots

Boy Scouting has promoted knot-knowledge and the skills of using the correct knot since its beginning, as evidenced by the above Eagle Knot.   Although there are many knots with many variations & many uses, these are the ones that a scout has to know and know well.  Practice often, know them perfectly and know which knot is the correct one for each purpose.
